Reception and Office Services Assistant
Our client, a prestigious legal firm are looking for a Receptionist on a fixed term contract of 6 months with an ASAP start. They are a very professional company and this is reflected in their working environment. Close to local amenities and public transport links, they are in an ideal location. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Look after the reception desk, waiting areas and meeting rooms Assist the manager in the running of the Gatwick office Deliver an effective and efficient service Provide support across two buildings closely located together Help with general office duties Provide a quality and professional service to all clients Book all parking spaces Deal with deliveries/collections Look after equipment and call out engineers if the need arises Collect shredding bags from around the building Daily maintenance of all vending machines and kitchens ensuring they are fully stocked Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained, liaising with the cleaners in order to do so The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as having good problem solving skills and a strong team player ethic. Being flexible, hard-working and motivated are desirable attributes. Previous reception experience is preferred.
