Charity Manager & Board Administrator
A marvellous opportunity has arisen in a small health charity as a Board Administrator on a fixed term contract for up to a year. Your main duties will include: Supporting the CEO manage board and charity meetings (including compiling papers, circulation of agendas, organising catering and attending minutes or taking minutes) Organising the Annual General Meeting and acting as the first point of contact for service providers Assisting the CEO in effective management of charity supporting the work of the charity's grant making committee (including database maintenance, drawing up lists of donations recipients, and providing and efficient support service) In order to apply for the role you should have the following skills / experience: Experience of administering board and committee meetings (including taking and drafting minutes) Strong secretarial and organisational skills Excellent level of competency on Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to correspond with very senior management staff Experience of working with confidential issues Please do send us your CV if you have the relevant skills and if you would like to work for this fantastic charity.
