Graduate Case Administrator – Telephony and Data Gathering PBR and Complaints of Investment Sales Grovelands Resourcing is recruiting top calibre Graduates to work within a 6 month contract role one of UK’s Big 4 Consultancies. The role centres on PBR complaints resolution and is perfect for Graduates who are looking to pick up a range of practical experiences within the financial sector in a key banking product. The graduates undertaking this role will be dealing with the Past Business Review and alleged mis-sale complaints relating to the investment sales of a now closed financial advice business. The case administrator will be assigned to one or more of the following to a high quality standard and attaining good levels of productivity. -Gathering data from customers or product providers to facilitate the suitability assessment and/or permit the calculation of redress due. -Processing of customer responses to redress offers and instructing of payment -Handling of incoming calls in relation to the Past Business Review e.g. enquiries relating to written correspondence received. -Reviewing and processing incoming postal correspondence.  Role tasks Communicating with customers on the phone Gathering existing customer data Creating customer files within the company database Filing and scanning paperwork. Corresponding with customers via letter and email. The role will be target driven and fast paced. Graduates will require the following skills and experience: -Minimum of 2.1 degree (or similar) required -Experience of writing letters within a professional capacity -Must have some administration experience -Commitment. Flexibility -Attention to detail -Good communication skills The initial contract will last for 6 months, Monday - Friday, is located in the Birmingham area and is paying a daily rate of £80. There is however a strong likelihood that this will be extended further as PPI case handling is a current bank focus. Multiple start dates available.
