1st project Subscription Website I am looking to create a WordPress subscription website allowing users who have paid for a monthly subscription to access this content. Requirements: (1) User must have a paid active account to access content. (2) User may only be logged in via one IP address at a time. (3) The ability to remove an account if someone is found to be abusing the service or not paying. (4) We would be able to update content and create content within the secure area of the site. My webhosting company is Hostgator. I wish to create a blog (CMS Wordpress site) which will utilize a custom theme that is light developed by Ignacio Ricci called "Chateau." This design is very light and is iphone and android friendly. It will have at least the 10 plug-ins listed below: -WP-DB-Back-up -Askismet -All-in-one-seo-pack -Wptouch -Wptypograhy -Stats -Contact-form7 -Fancybox -Sharedaddy -Wp-pagenavi The blog site should be a RSS friendly, and have twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, follow buttons. It will also utilize a standard twitter widget (a sort of active real-time scrolling column feature of tweets) with the color and formatting similar to what's on . I will be using 99 designs to come up with a corporate logo and design theme unless you have a flair for design and would like to do this work as well. The membership website should be developed to graphic specification and the components shall include the header, text area, and footer. Final images should be sliced into the three components. Designer should have knowledge of gradients, beveling, as well as the artistic use of graphics. If developer doesn't do graphics, the design headers and elements will be made available to you when we start. The site should also be Google analytics capable for each article (if that is possible). The tweet button graphics choices I will choose and be specified for you and they can be found at twitter.com resource page and Facebook resources. The email input form will be integrated with my icontact.com database account, and I will provide the code for that and sent it to you as a notepad attachment. 3rd Project Converting existing HTML generated website into a WordPress site (CMS). This will be a simple Set up copy and paste of about 17 pages, custom header, plugins as above, plus social media connectivity. As it stands now all pages are indexed by google and I'm hoping not to lose that. Please price each project separately.
