For our client, a leading food manufacture representing some of the nation's favourite brands, we are looking for a Planning Engineer to work on a contract based in Lifton (Devon). Key responsibilities: Responsible for co-ordinating all engineering planning on site, including appropriate spares management Liaison with our onsite Stores Management company Management and control of Site engineering plans liaising with production, planning and projects. Develop, maintain and own all documentation for recording and monitoring engineering legislative compliance and statistics. Work closely with the engineering, technical and production departments to ensure all new projects on site are progressed in line with systems. Organise and plan for all engineering shutdowns - liaising with 3rd parties for spares and labour. Identify own training and development needs with Engineering Manager and agree a time plan for achieving these.
