We need a transcriptionist to transcribe English, non-technical conversations which range from a half-hour to an hour in length. These are conversational question-and-answer recordings with little-to-no technical terms, abbreviations or slang. They occur as our Account Managers contact leads. Although not every phone call recording needs to be transcribed, once we determine that we will need a particular conversation transcribed, we like to have them done very quickly--maybe a 24 hour turnaround at the most.
