Business Development/Sales - Sales
We are searching for an entrepreneurial, motivated, sales professional to work independently and employ tactical and strategic methods to develop new opportunities in B2B markets for our growing promotional products company. Capability of developing accounts in many different markets including healthcare, school, real estate, and insurance. Experienced in sales and relationship-building and knowing how to listen to what customers need. Here's what we want from you: Identifies prospects and develops sales strategies to support new revenue growth for specific industry and geographic areas. This may include sales calls, coordination of presentations and proposals, direct mail campaigns, and follow up activity coordinated with marketing services. Understanding of promotional products industry experience is preferred. Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions. You must have the ability to successfully meet with small to large size companies, gaining their trust and confidence and have the ability to establish and build relationships quickly. Be able to engage with clients face to face, electronically, or whatever it takes! Use a CRM (Zoho) system to capture and report on leads and customers. Assist in the creation and review of content needed to produce marketing collateral. Work with marketing and product development to ascertain and meet customers' needs.
