We are looking to have a storefront website built using WordPress 3.4 on PHP 3.3 The design should be compatible with HTML5 and not rely on flash. The site should also be compatible with IE9, IE8, Chrome, Firefox, Safari 5, and Opera. All scripts and code must be tested prior to delivery. Ipad and iPhone compatibility is a requirement. If you use an existing theme, ensure that you make it a new theme. if it is built on a framework, then it must be a properly coded child theme. Sections of the site layout must be implemented as widgets, and not hardcoded into the theme. For the shopping cart we are intending to use Volusion shopping cart and will need matching design work done for the shopping cart. We will perform final installation on our server, files should be delivered with properly coded URLs so that the base URL is not harcoded.
