6 months I am seeking 2 experience 2nd Line / Desktop / Service Desk Analysts to join my busy client for a 6 month contract. The role will be predominantly office based (80%) and the rest of the time you will required to visit other sites on an ad-hoc basis as required. You will need to have excellent trouble-shooting skills, communication skills and an all-round general hands-on support background. You will be involved in general day-to-day fixes, technical support issues, new builds etc. You will also be involved in remote support. The skills required - MS Office 2003/2007/2010, Windows XP/Windows 7, hardware & software support and deployment. As there is some travel with this role, you will need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle, although a pool car can be available. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR INTERVIEW ON 26/06/2012 (Tuesday)
