HR HCM SAP Project Manager - Data and Reporting A Global Top Ten Brand currently seeks a highly dynamic Senior SAP HR Project Manager. Must be able to plan, lead, monitor and control the Data & Reporting Project across fifteen operating companies and the group functions. During the project life cycle the role requires skills to maximise the collaboration among involved teams and OpCos to build the correct organisational structure and ensure processes are in place to maintain this. An excellent knowledge of SAP and project management methodology (scope, time, costs, quality, communication, human resources, risk and procurement management) is required to address all the topics/activities. Candidates must be aware of the organisation and ideally have experience of working with HR SAP/HCM. Essence of Role Project Management Plan, organise and lead all activities as required for the full implementation of the project goals and objectives. Ensure the project delivers. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the Data and Reporting Project. Ensure that Project activities are consistent with the rest of the SAP HR Roadmap scope. Ensure that deliverables are on time, respects assigned budget and the expected level of quality. Develop a schedule for Project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Monitor the progresses and addressing the adjustments needed for a successful completion. Liaise all variances with all stakeholder involved in the managed programmes (OpCos and Functional teams). Communication & Reporting Management. Build-up and maintain an effective communication flow with all stakeholders involved in the project. Stakeholder management is essential to organize delivery of solution across all markets simultaneously. Collect all the information needed, ensuring a complete alignment on project's status and next steps among all involved stakeholders, sponsors and OpCo's. Ensure that all Programme information is appropriately documented and secured. Update all documentation related to Programme's activities providing Senior Management with all information needed. Excellent SAP HR Data & Reporting Mgt skills, with 2-3 implementations. Excellent understanding of Info Types, Wage types and the required skills to design and configure. Very good inter-personal skills - good communicator at all levels (Board to User). End to end process knowledge and able to walk users through the processes using non-technical language. Analytical skills. Worked on at least one Pan-European or Global SAP HR/HCM implementation. Can show they have worked in a highly charged and pressurised environment. Can show they can handle multinational attendees at workshops. Can show they can drive these workshops, can't have any passengers. Palm (UK) Ltd is a Recruitment Consultancy
