Business Process Consultant
Process Consultant Summary: Responsible for assisting in the process analysis required during the Business Transformation phase of the project. Required Skills: § Business process modeling experience including data collection, analysis, and development of multi-level swim lane documentation and familiarity with simulation analysis § Facilitated session data gathering and validation experience § Large scale development / ERP implementation experience § Business Transformation experience including services model implementation, IT Strategy Alignment, Business Process Engineering, and development of a business architecture General: § Sr. Consulting skills / background § Business and technology background § Hand-on approach, there will not be any admin support or resources to develop the required documentation or diagrams § Rapid development of deliverables § Self directed § Distribution Industry Experience preferred Required Tool Knowledge: § MS Office tools (Word, Excel, MS project, Visio) § Prior experience with a process tool, i.e. Provision, Rational System Architect, or other process modeling and simulation BPMN toolset § Prior experience with requirements management toolsets, i.e. IBM Rational req Mgmt (Req Pro), or other RM toolset This is a 5 mo contract opportunity with a strong likelihood of long term extension into subsequent phases of the engagement.
