IT Organization Consultant Summary:  Responsible for assisting in the transformation of the IT department to support the results of the business transformation and the implementation of Oracle EBS. Required Skills: §  IT organization and management experience including development, user support, and operations. §  Familiarity with IT process management including ITSM using ITIL, governance processes, development approaches and methodologies (SDLC, Waterfall, AGILE, RIUP, and other IT disciplines §  IT organizational Assessment Experience §Oracle EBS Experience is a must General: §  IT management, project management, program management, development, and support experience §  Sr. Consulting skills / background §  Business and technology background §  Hand-on approach, there will not be any admin support or resources to develop the required documentation or diagrams §  Rapid development of deliverables §  Self  directed Required Tool Knowledge: §  MS  Office tools (Word, Excel, MS project, Visio)
