The Closer will be working with closing and funding complex conventional, construction, and government residential mortgage loans. Main Duties: Will prepare/audit closing docs Make sure of the integrity of data Communicates with outside escrow/title companies, loan originators, and others to verify all requirements Request missing information Perform various post closing activities such as auditing closed files, creating delivery-servicing packages, verifying required docs are in the file Point of Contact for problems and issues requiring senior level knowledge/experience.
