Kforce has been retained by one of its local clients to find a Workflow Analyst for a 3-4 month contract with the possibility of hire in the Greater Cincinnati area. This position is primarily responsible for the design and deployment of workflow maps and workflow solution products at customer sites. The Associate Workflow Analyst will also learn the products sufficiently to assist in providing second tier support to the customer support group regarding workflow process questions and problem resolution. Responsibilities: Design and deploy workflow and workflow associated maps, eForms and other products at customer sites Work with the site to deploy the contracted and agreed upon maps and eForms according to mutually agreed upon and signed-off specification documents Work with Training team members to prepare training materials regarding the workflow and workflow solution products features and functionality Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and prioritizing skills Business requirements gathering Documentation and technical writing skills Creative design skills for visualizing new workflow processes Basic software programming and scripting skills Process analysis skills (preferably in the health care industry) Technology or Programming related degree and/or 2 years experience in the software industry Experience using Visio software tool 2 years database and scripting experience
