Our client is seeking Retail Loan Processors/Purchase Review Auditors for their location in Moorpark, California. Main Duties: Reviews, analyzes and evaluates documentation received to ensure accuracy, compliance and credit quality of fetail mortgage loans in a wholesale environment; determine if the documentation is sufficient to approve purchase of loan Follows defined policies and procedures to assess the sale-ability and serviceability of the loan files using pre-determined audit checklists Works with the Set Up, Processing and Funding department to ensure proper flow of loan files Acts as a Seller Liaison by ensuring that all loans are purchased in accordance with secondary marketing investors credit policies Specific Qualifications (items are required unless otherwise noted): Working experience with Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP) software used for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans 2-4 years of recent experience as a retail loan processor Purchase review auditing experience is a plus
