Position Details: Position: Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist Location: Los Angeles, CA Hours: 8:00-5:00 Pay Rates: Competitive Rates Length: Long Term Job Description: *The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist will be supporting the servicing of mortgage loans, both defaulted and/or non-defaulted. *Day to day responsibilities may entail processing routine transactions, documenting loan history, responding to customer, investor, or other 3rd party inquiries, researching and/or preparing documentation, or analyzing requests in accordance with established guidelines and determining appropriate course of action. *The Loan Servicing Specialist will also be responsible for handling more complex levels of transactions requiring subject matter expertise. *A focus of this position will be remediating loans in the 070 code. *The Loan Specialist will need to research loan status, pull all needed information from system�s and then enter info in a different system for processing. Required Experience/Qualifications: *2 yrs mortgage servicing; recent experience. *High School Diploma. *Excellent computer skills necessary *Ability to multitask and prioritization of workload.
