This well known Medical college require an experienced Professional Services Manager - Job Purpose - To advise on the strategic development and undertake the operational leadership of the professional services function; to lead the College's work force planning and support functions, and deliver timely and accurate workforce intelligence and recommendations to support strategic planning.  To lead the delivery of the College's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme, including the development of new I.T. Systems in support of this, working collaboratively with Officers and Directors of CPD.  Oversee the professional delivery of the College's CPD administrative functions; to carry forward the assessment of revalidation policy and its implications for the College and its Fellows and members.  Lead the implementation of the College's currently evolving revalidation commitments; to lead the Professional Services team in their delivery of a customer-focused service to internal and external College stakeholders; The successful candidate will ideally have a degree or similar, be highly numerate, a good understanding of research design, data analysis and information management.  Advanced level MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, understanding of financial management and good governance, together with organisational development; working knowledge of current data protection legislation and information security protocols;  proven leadership experience, including managing and motivating staff to achieve objectives; experience of preparing briefings, reports and delivering presentations; relevant  policy experience working at senior level; leading research projects and data support services to inform policy development; management experience;
