INTERN NEEDED: PR, Marketing and Selling!
I run an awesome menswear brand called Sir Plus. It makes clothing using off-cuts and surplus fabric that I buy from tailors and factories. The range includes waistcoats, T-shirts, boxer shorts and a number of other pieces. www.sirplus.co.uk At the moment it's a one man brand. I sell at Spitalfields every other Sunday, many other markets (as far as Yorkshire), two stockists and online. I'm so busy that I need some help with PR, but being at the stage I'm at, am unable to pay. However, the role will be brilliant experience for someone trying to get into PR, the fashion world, or running a small business. Instead of making coffee, you will really be learning how things work and will have genuine responsibilities. It'll look ace on your CV! Responsibilities include: Social networking: FB, Twitter, Pinterest Contacting journalists Helping me sell at fairs General business support DON'T APPLY JUST YET!! Before you send in an application, I want you consider the following and whether you'll be able to commit to them: 1. I am after someone for a couple of months, doing 3 to 5 days a week. 2. I'm based in Kensal Rise in London. In order for it to be sustainable. It's best if you're able to get here easily. 3. Although travel expenses will be covered, this is un-paid. I am looking for someone with enthusiasm, who is reliable and would add something to the brand. In responding to this Ad, please take time to consider why you would be good at this and tell me about any relevant experience. Last time I placed an ad like this I received a lot of applicants, so apologies if I'm not able to get back to everyone. Thanks, Henry Keywords: PR, Marketing, Advertising
