Contract position - Downtown Chicago Required Skills: 5-8 years experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing involvement in enterprise architecture, security architecture, and systems design Technical skills and qualifications: · Enterprise Architecture experience, familiarity with DODAF or TOGAF a plus (but not required) · Project security design in large enterprises · COTS integration and security controls · Understanding of risk management · Deep understanding of technical vulnerabilities and attack vectors · Application security architecture and related concepts, including o Transport security: TLS/SSL o Authentication infrastructure: Active Directory, ADFS, SAML o Vulnerability management o Application vulnerabilities: XSS, SQL injection, etc. o Messaging protocols: HTTP, REST, SOAP, etc. o Cloud deployment platforms o Intrusion detection integration o Database security controls, particularly SQL Server · Security controls in cloud deployments · Microsoft Windows security concerns · Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with project teams, both in written and verbal interactions · Ability to use Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Description of Project: · Respond in a timely fashion to ARC approval requests. · Interact with security architecture, application security, and project team members to design secure and pragmatic deployment architectures. · Identify gaps in standards, architectures, or guidance, and participate in designing solutions. · Observe GSO operations with respect to project architecture involvement and collaboratively design improvements.
