Astute is looking for PeopleSoft Apps DBA /Project Manager with PMP certification Position: PeopleSoft Apps DBA, PMP Certified Preferred Location:Pleasanton, CA Duration: Full Time Employment Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 7- 10 years of experience with RDBMS is required with the last 6 years in Oracle. 10 years experience with distributed database concepts and design 8 years experience with performance tuning and trouble-shooting skills A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience 5 years experience with n-tier architecture, cluster and database connectivity issues in a client/server environment. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex physical databases across multiple platforms, technologies and computing environments. Monitor the performance of databases and makes tuning changes.
