This position is a senior member of the Server Operations team and will function at an expert level. The primary responsibility of this position will be implementing, managing, and maintaining Windows Servers, Exchange servers and Active Directory. This role will include physical to virtual migrations with VMware. Skills: Windows Server Administration 2003/2008 is a MUST have skill. The right candidate will have at least 5 years of heavy server administration experience within an enterprise level environment. (50+ servers.) Active Directory is a daily part of this role, working with group Policies, administration of users, adding accounts, deleting accounts. VMware - experience with physical to virtual migrations is a MUST HAVE. vMotion, vSphere or other is a nice to have. Exchange Server experience 2007/2010 is in the environment, the right candidate will have a general understanding of administration of mail servers for 2,000 + users. Additional Skills / Nice to have: SAN Storage experience, EMC or other, Scripting knowledge is a plus.
