Name & Email List Building - Typing Admin Assistant Data Entry Research Computer
We're a software re-seller and business consulting firm in Southern California Looking for someone that loves to find gems of information through online research. LinkedIn and Jigsaw are your friends as you search for companies that are either in Manufacturing or Distribution. But you don't stop there - you look for: - The Name and Email Address for the company's: CEO, CFO, CIO, Sales Manager, and Controller (or head of accounting) - Mailing Address - Phone number We would like to receive 1,000 names a week, and if the accuracy seems to be good (85% or higher) then we will increase our list requirements. Pay on a per-contact basis (not per-company), at 0.05 a contact. Generally a 8-12 hour job starting. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Email management - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Typing Admin Assistant Data Entry Research Computer Keywords: Virtual Assistant
