Manpower, a global leader is staffing and business solutions. We are currently searching for Production Associates to support 3 shifts at our client in Franklin, MA. Production Associates are responsible for performing inspections and/or audits of purchased parts, materials, equipment and quality control programs. They will perform manual and administrative duties related to shipping, receiving, storing and the distribution of materials, parts and equipment. Associates will perform various assembly functions under limited supervision. Duties are well defined and some jobs require a comprehensive understanding and knowledge requiring sound judgment and decision making skills. Assigned areas could be but not limited to Cab Integration, Sub Assembly, Drive Assembly and/or packaging, prepping and preparing product for shipment for internal and external clients. Associates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, have excellent computer skills, able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, work well in a team environment and accommodate overtime at the end of each quarter if needed. Shifts: 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am Pay is $12 per hour. A drug and background check is required for all positions.
