Position Details: Position: Mortgage / Short Sale Negotiator / Richardson / TX Location: Richardson, TX Hours: Full-time: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Pay Rates: $16.75/ hour Length: Contract Job Description: - Supports the servicing of mortgage loans - Responsibilities may include processing routine transactions, documenting loan history, responding to customer, investor, or other 3rd party inquiries - Researching and/or preparing documentation, or analyzing requests in accordance with established guidelines and determining appropriate course of action - Managing the process of selling real estate within prescribed investor and department guidelines - Administering real estate sales responsibilities - Managing a portfolio that consists of properties that have detailed guidelines and requirements that require management's authorization and approval - Minimizing losses on foreclosures through analysis, management, marketing, and - Liquidation of real estate owned properties - Evaluating economics of the property (including BPO and appraisal analysis) for - Month-end figures and the best marketing disposition plans - Presenting listing agreements and counter-offers for supervisory approval - Providing marketing direction to brokers - Selecting and monitoring performance of brokers - Evaluating pre-foreclosure BPOs and appraisals to assist in bidding and buy-down analysis Required Experience/Qualifications: - Negotiation skills necessary - Skilled in Word, Excel and Internet - Ability to multitask and prioritization of workload - Ability to perform all related tasks within high volume production environment - 10 key capability - Previous customer service experience - Phone contact with clients How to Apply: Click on the �Apply Now� to be considered for this position or any other mortgage related opportunity with Adecco.
