Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Reporting Analyst professional to join our expanding Enterprise Performance Management group. This individual will be responsible for report design and data analysis. This is a position for a self-starter with strong organizational skills and an ability to lead projects with limited supervision. Duties & Responsibilities: Design high end complex reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of varying business units Work directly with business units to define requirements and support various business initiatives and projects as it relates to data analysis and reporting Create and modify BI semantic layer as necessary to satisfy reporting requirements Define and document processes, best practices, and strategies for reports and dashboards Job Requirements 2-9 year professional working experience with SAP Business Objects, Cognos or similar Business Intelligence tools 2-9 years professional working experience with business requirements gathering, modeling and design Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills are needed Must be organized and detail-oriented Skills Preferred: Experience with SAP Business Objects XI Background in Mortgage or related Industry Strong SQL and relational database skills
