Im in the Wedding Photography Biz and shoot around 2000 to 2500 pictures per event and I will give you arround 700 pics per evento or 50 to 100 in portrait. I normally do the postproduction in-house. It normally take the editor 5 hours to complete. This job is divided in 2 parts Lightroom for color correction or creative edit and developing/uploading. No Photoshop edition needed. Part 1 Color correction (around 4 to 5 hours) It consists on correcting White Balance, Vibrance, exposure, vignette, blacks, fill light. You should sepend between 5 to 20 seconds per picture around 12 seconds in average. Part 2 Developing Jpgs & Uploading. (around 2 hours + computer time around 8 hours) This pictures have to be developed to 3 Jpg formats and uploaded to our server. The develop XMP files setting should be sent by mail to us. We normally we leave the developing and uploading all night long and ist done by the morning. A fast computer is needed for this job since lightroom is memory and processor intensive when you are managing 2k CRW or RAW pics. The size of the pics is aprox 12mb each in RAW. Fast internet conection is also needed since each job you will need to upload 1.5 gb and download betwen 3 to 25gb.
