I need someone who lives in the Chicago area who can research some information for me. This will probably involve going to a courthouse or maybe a local library that might have archives. This concerns a trial that happened in 1932-1933. I'm basically looking for any court records I can find; depositions, proceedings, court reporting, etc. Anything at all that has to do with the trial in question. I have quite a bit of information to go on; names of the parties involved, approximate dates; newspaper articles relating to the trial, etc. But I want information from court documents, if it's available. The ideal candidate for this job might be a law student who knows how to get things in a court system. Please provide any relevant experience that you've had doing this type of work.
