Moving Headway Theme to existing website - MySQL PHP WordPress

I created a Headway child theme in a subdirectory of my existing blog. I thought I could just upload the new theme file... ah, not so! I need to have the new Headway theme (can be seen at /1_test) installed on the existing website ( ) with proper update to the database (if needed; I think it only needs the Headway theme and blocks added), wp-config, etc. I am new to Elance and saw your reply to my posting but I'm sorry, I couldn't find the bid.
