Assistant Account Executive
Located in the Hobart CBD this organisation partners with its clients to define, design and deliver industry specific solutions. As Assistant Account Executive you will be responsible for providing seamless support to the Account Executives through all aspects of client service including administration, technical support and business development. Your duties will include the timely and accurate production and processing of policy documentation, policy wordings, system records, documentation for meetings, renewal reports and manuals. You will be liaising with clients, answering enquiries over the phone and assisting the Account Executives maintain high levels of service excellence. You will require a background within the insurance industry ideally within an administration or customer service position. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are required to be successful in this position. In addition to this you will require a high attention to detail, proven ability to self motivate and the ability to work effectively in a fasted paced team environment while delivering excellent customer service.
