NOTE: Functional Lead Required 6 Supporting PeopleSoft HCM application in a lead role with recent version of PeopleSoft 6 Previous relevant experience delivering ERP systems that facilitate organizational effectiveness via efficient business processes, reporting and customer service. 3 Project Management Experience Strong Experience and understanding of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit and Compensation and Budget department operational needs and business requirements. Strong Ability to work effectively with college students, faculty, and staff in a culturally diverse metropolitan university Strong Supervisory and managerial experience with ERP project teams Strong PeopleSoft HCM version 8.0 experience Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Products (VISIO, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, and PowerPoint) Strong Skilled in the use of all standard equipment to include standard office workstation DEGREE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
