Role – Android Developer Duration – 6 - 12 months Number of positions – 2 The position is that of an Android Application Developer. The candidate will be part of a large team of developers building mobile applications and storefronts as well as enabling applications over their network. Specific Android Skills Required: - App developer who can handle CMS from app perspective - Developer shall be able manage app for multiple screen dimensions of android devices - Developer shall be able to support and work with 9-patch - Developer shall be able to manage dynamic content for app from server - Developer shall be able work with XML, webservices, JSON, and SQLite - Developer shall have experience of submitting apps on Google marketplace or Google play Other Skills Required: - iOS development experience is preferred - 3-5 years Java development experience, with at least 1-2 years of J2ME background - 2-3 years (additional) specific Android development ?in ?a ?professional ?environment? - 2+ years’ experience on project with formal software lifecycle process - 1+ years on project including Agile methodology - 2+ years on systems controlling source code - 2-3 years working in a professional matrix environment - HTML5 experience would be a bonus - Developer will have experience integrating to back-end platforms and services - Billing, transactional processing, and payment processing experience is desired - Online and cloud services integration - BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable degree
