IT Professional / SYSTEMS ANALYST / Data and Reporting Analysis/ID/Bank Security Admin THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLSET: Project work a plus. Documentation experience a must. Prior experience in the following: Providing entitlement provisioning services to end users. Participation in the enforcement of Access Controls security policies and procedures which safeguard the integrity of and access to enterprise systems, files and data elements. Responsibility for maintenance and effective use of IT standards, procedures and guidelines as related to Access Control. Ensured adherence to formal processes, policies, and standards by MetLife Bank Associates in all activities as related to Access Control. Performed reviews of standards and processes. Identification of strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, methods and tools. Assisted in developing communications to senior management to resolve deficiencies or compliance issues in a timely manner as needed. Prior Mortgage experience a plus
