Current legislative compliance re notifiable incidents and reporting timeframes. ? Examples of industry best practice benchmarks, and Australian Standards for OHSIS. ? Recommendations regarding improvement addressing the current state of the information system in regards to legal, best practice and organisational requirements. A detailed description of an OHSIS is needed (in point form), its uses, judgements and comments on its efficiency and efficacy (with examples to prove your observations), its facilitation of legislative compliance as well as management decision making and then any enhancements to make the system even better for internal and external purposes.
