PROCESS DESIGNER Southboro , MA 6 months Work Description: We are introducing new capabilities to an internal system, whereby provisioning of services is done automatically (building Virtual Machines and other downstream items). We need a process-centric person who: - knows the listed technologies - Can look at the end to end activities - Document those activities and processes - Can optimize those processes - Can write requirements as input to the development team Candidate should have experience in most of these areas, SIF should clearly identify compliant and non-compliant areas of expertise. Over ten years experience managing SaaS, ASP, and web-facing application environments. Diverse and adaptable hands-on technical skills. Implements and manages Linux and Windows, application servers, Cisco and f5 networks and EMC storage technologies in enterprise platforms. In depth experience with VMware vCloud IaaS solution, HIPAA compliance, VCM, EasyIP, Definitive Software Libraries, SMARTS and ITSM solutions. Strong leader with expertise in system design, system automation (DevOps), critical issue identification, process improvement, business development and project management. Experience delivering systems, products and solutions from concept through launch. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers and organizational stakeholders to align technical solutions to business objectives. Communicates and coordinates well with all organizational levels, including vendors and customers. Experienced managing outsourced technology and offshore support teams. Deep experience with end to end process modeling, process optimization and process redesign. -Experience with IWave is helpful but not required
