Job Title: Windows Engineer/Developer Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 6+ months Job Description: Principle Duties and Responsibilities Analyzing requirements. Designing, developing, unit testing, and troubleshooting the software. Responsible for providing accurate estimates to facilitate planning processes. Working closely with fellow developers, quality engineering, and documentation teams. Skills 8+ years’ experience in developing software applications on Microsoft Windows platforms using Visual Studio or equivalent products. C++, C#, and .Net development experience is required. SAN/NAS domain expertise along with hands-on experience in developing software for storage eco system is required. Microsoft-specific technology areas should encompass: Windows Server, Hyper-V, System Center suite, Power Shell Development, COM/DCOM, WMI Prior development experience or knowledge of Microsoft Windows I/O subsystem or disk/storage driver stack is a plus. Programming experience in the context of one or more business applications: Exchange Server, SQL Server, SharePoint Server etc is a plus Excellent analytical and debugging skills are a must.
