I need a team of professionals to redesign templates I have into the ideal website I want. I will tell you my vision and your skill level must be very high to bring my vision to life or your level of creativity can put something together. :) I will provide two pictures of the templates. You will then need to design the template images using your creativity. Once I have selected one, then I will give you the template file to have you work on it. I am looking to build a relationship with the hired team to work with long term. I started a web design business and that means there will be multiple projects in the future. Meaning you will have a stable income coming for this. I need the template to be redesigned, programmed and ready to go. Do not want to be charged hourly. I would provide 2 templates I have in mind that would look good for the website. You would take out the template name/info and replace them with the business name. Host both templates onto the server and display two images of the templates. This way I can see the website and if I want to see how it would function, I could click on the link. If I want to move things around you would do that and once all the functioning is approved. We would design the template to meet the business branding. Once everything is approved you would record a video on how to use wordpress or a easy and clear to understand way. More detail when hired. While you're working on the websites, I will need you to host it on a different website as you work on it. The old website will still be live and once the new one is done. Move all the files onto the new website. Do not fake that you can do this. Meaning don't show me one person on your job post then you turn out to be completely different once hired. If you fail to fulfill these requirements. You will be drop immediately and will be replaced ASAP.
