Our database it out-of-date and in need of verification before we send out marketing materials. We have all the info needed at our fingertips, but require a phone call to make sure it is up-to-date. Once we have an updated lead, we take over at our end by sending out the relevant information. Job will be : 1. Calling Australian phone numbers (all details provided) 2. Asking a few basic questions based on a 20 second script that already works. 3. Updating information on spreadsheet 4. Sending information back on an end-of-day basis Initially we are testing out whether this is an effective solution. Thereafter there is scope for medium term work.
