About Our Client Our client are a reputable FSA regulated organisation based in Hull city centre. They have a role for a Mail Room / Data Inputter (includes reception cover) role for a fixed term contract of 8 months Job Responsibilities: Process all incoming mail and allocate to correct departments Collect and process all outgoing mail from each department, ensuring all mail is franked correctly Accurate data inputting of client information onto company database Provide cover for the reception desk Preferred Skills: Accurate and fast data input skills are essential Excellent telephone manner Able to work as part of a team Excellent customer service skills Data input, reception experience would be ideal for this role Hours: Mon -Fri 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm (35 hours per week) This is a fixed term contract for 8 months
