Hello, I need a dashboard for a small call centre. The dashboard will display various graphs and diagrams illustrating a number of statistics. Please see sample image attached. Most of the source data will come from two pipe delimited text files. The flash file will however need to perform some basic manupulation of this data be make it suitable for use in chart format. Please see attached sample image created in Excel - this shows how I'd like the dashboard to look - note this is only a sample however the way graphs are presented should be delivered as in the picture (e.g. using line graphs where displayed as line graphs in the picture). Note the picture shows each graph labelled as Dx in a black circle - this is only to aid referencing graphs in discussion and these lables must not appear on the final dashboard. I will make available the Excel spreadsheet used to create this mockup and some sample data files to the winning bidder. The excel data already shows what basic manipulation was done to the data to generate the graphs so you only need to follow the logic. Please see additional details window and attached image.
