TAD PGS, Inc. is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients in Nashville, TN. Job Description: Individual contributors responsible for selling IT products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer segments. Accountabilities: Responsible for selling Clients IT products and services. Works effectively in a team environment. Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to Client standards. Increases line of business penetration. Sales Representative will be: Acquisition focused on identifying, targeting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Scope: Articulates how the business model relates to selling products and services. Transactional focus. Occasional involvement in outside sales lead with Sales Representative support. Complexity: Entry level sales representative, learning segment and product/service offerings. Regular coaching/mentoring required. Frequent contact with manager. Knowledge & Skills: Learns the full range of Client's IT technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs. Explains technical, industry, and market facts to position Client as a competitive solution. Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process. Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job. Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions. Must have open availability for all shifts, 8-9PM. Experience: 1-2 years of work/sales experience.
