Our client is looking for a self-starter.  Must be able to hit the ground running, build rapport and have the ability to get around business quickly . Must be able to facilitate effective communication between product developers, project teams, customers, and customer service groups for a seamless transfer of knowledge - including cross-training of other instructors. Will possess excellent organizational and planning skills that will enable execution of all job duties while requiring little or no supervision   Skills and Experience: Ability to analyze required performance goals and align existing materials to support those goals and identify potential gaps. Ability to create visually appealing presentations. Excellent grammar and proof reading ability. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with SMEs & Project Stakeholders and put information into a training format Documentation: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Basics of Excel and familiarity with formulas are a plus.   Must possess the following:   Analytical Ability to organize and plan Drive/Energy Integrity/High Standards Customer Orientation / Positive Impact Formal communication:  Written Results Orientation SF Bay Area consultant only Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and an expert Power -Point user
