Our client, located in New York, NY, is seeking a Storage Administrator. This resource will assist in architecting, installation and configuration of the backup environment for the new UNIX/LINUX infrastructure. This resource will also be tasked with creating the necessary run books and documentation to ensure proper data protection of the UNIX/LINIX environment. Qualifications: At least 4 years of broad and deep experience configuring backup storage hardware Experience assisting in design, architecture, build, and testing of a consolidated environment Experience working in a large, high pressure environment This specialist will need experience supporting both UNIX/LINIX and Windows operating systems Desired Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize and resolve urgent issues
