*Contract to Hire Opportunity!* OVERVIEW: Basic device move Asset inventory data collection Packing/Unpacking of assets Parts receiving and delivery Scripted preventive maintenance Piece replacement - keyboards, monitors, mouse Full Unit replacement - Non- MFP small printer, PC, laptop, POS register, POS printer Install, test and operates basic operating system software POS register and POS printer Component Level Repair Laptop, Desktop Component Level Repair Basic printer and basic Laser (non MFP) Component Level Repair Scripted image, patches, and anti-virus loads Basic software configuration and system backups Smart Hands, executes defined OEM instructions High end MFP printer replacement and scripted configuration Wireless access whole unit replacement Basic cable troubleshooting Smart Hands, executes defined Networking instructions Scripted IMAC and IMACD Scanner/Scale calibrations Ability to handle warranty certification calls CERTIFICATIONS: A+ certification required Multiple OEM Hardware Certifications preferred ABILITIES: Read and follow written directions Write legibly and accurately Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
