Legal QA: • Should have exposure to Legal industry (2+ yrs of exp) • Should have flair for eye for details, inspection and aware of legal terminologies and work methodologies (Claims Processing, Legal processing, Doc Reviews, Research, understanding of client-attorney privilege, client confidentiality and data categorization (responsive, non responsive, confidential, public, restricted, redaction) • Should have flair for capturing inferences and summarizing things from quality perspective • Should be young, dynamic and flexible to work in shifts • Should have good communications skills. Long term goal is to mentor for Assistant Manager role • Preferably Law Graduates Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Technical Qualifications: Process knowledge, working knowledge of client specific application and tools, MS-office.
