Kent Staffing is interviewing and hiring up to 10 experienced Hospital Billers immediately for our client, a rapidly growing revenue cycle solutions firm in Louisville, Colorado. Our client is working with hospitals across the country to provide revenue cycle process and technology solutions that result in both immediate and sustainable improvements to a provider’s cash flow, profitability and revenue cycle efficiency.     We are seeking 10 Hospital Billers to work in our client’s Louisville office for the national hospitals they service. We are seeking only qualified, highly skilled candidates who have at least 5 years’ hospital billing experience, primarily with Medicare billing.   Please only apply if you meet all of the requirements.   Required Experience   -          Minimum of 5 years’ hospital business office billing and collections experience -          2+ years recent experience working with billing and collections for all medical financial classes (ie., Medicare, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, Blue Cross, HMO’s, PPO’s, Commercial Insurance, Self Pays, etc.) -          Extensive experience working with Medicare billing -          Experience with proper interpretation and follow-up on contracts with insurance companies pertaining to rates, discounts and filing instructions -          Experience with proper utilization of federal and state credit collection regulations and guidelines -          Ability to review EOB’s and RA’s to ensure payments are posted correctly -          Ability to handle requests for additional information and reconciling of accounts for late charges, denials, missing codes, or other required information not provided at the time of initial billing   Technical Skills and Abilities   -          Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel -          Proficient in patient accounting systems (such as SSI, CPSI, Meditech, etc) -          Expert level ability in billing and/or collections with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and/or Self Pay -          Organized, flexible and dependable team player -          Ability to work independently and under strict deadlines -          Good verbal and written communication skills -          Professional and ethical while working with highly confidential information   To Apply for this Opportunity   Please email your resume as a Word attachment to monster@jkentstaffing.com .
