Job Responsibilities: - Provide support for integrated audio / visual equipment, video conferencing and webcast events. - Work with customers to determine requirements for video events. - Direct live webcast events, audio only events and video-on-demand. - Support Cisco ACNS content delivery network for approximately 50 offices. - Provide technical troubleshooting of Cisco Telepresence rooms globally. - Coordinate with vendors for installing new video conferencing and audio / visual equipment for office relocations and moves. Job Qualifications: - Candidate should possess five plus years of experience and the necessary skills listed below to support our customers and technology: - Cisco Content Delivery Networks. - Polycom HDX and VSX video systems. - Polycom CMA 5000 gatekeeper. - Polycom RMX Bridge. - Directing live webcast events. - Supporting on-site studio equipment - Crestron, Extron, Hitachi and Christie. - Windows Media Server. - Video capture technology / Encoders. - Polycom RealPresence. - Cisco Telepresence. - Managing internal projects.
