We are looking for design and drafting assistance with a remodel of a lake house. The existing home (4BR, 1 BA) "ranch" is to be remodeled and expanded on the lake side. We have a design plan/ideas and are looking for an architect/draftsperson who can help us draft our ideas (floorplans, elevations, renderings) and help think through some of the details. The goal is to begin construction in September; we have selected a design build firm to do the work. I've uploaded a document with the existing structure plans, sketches of what we are hoping to build, and an overall description of the program.
