Our Washington, DC client is seeking a Recruiter that will: Recruit, interview, and recommend placement of candidates for professional and technical staff positions from internal and external sources Develop effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges, technical schools, and job fairs Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs Consult with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates Extend offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation when necessary Maintain an effective personnel advertising program as directed by management Keep informed of developments in such areas as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices Candidate must have relevant recruiting experience to be considered for this position. Excellent communication skills are essential.
