Responsibilities •Works independently with SMEs in the design and development of custom training solutions including workshops, classes, and elearning programs •Develops training plan with comprehensive audience analysis, course outline and delivery method. •Conducts needs analysis, program design, scripting, content development, prototype/pilot development, and production •Project management including scoping, estimating, identifying resources, providing status updates, and mitigating risk. •Works with client groups to ensure effective program implementation and ongoing maintenance. •Elearning production including storyboarding, scripting, reviewing, final production of finished elearning program using our standard tools •Producer for Webex delivered training Experience 1. Min. 5+ years of professional experience 2. Deep proficiency with rapid development e-Learning tools (such as Articulate, Lectora Inspire, Captivate, Camtasia) 3. Experience in developing online and blended learning solutions - incorporating graphics, audio, video, and animation. 4. Ability to demonstrate effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills. 5. Extensive experience using standard publishing tools (Office and Adobe products) 6. Experience in virtual (instructor led, web-based) classroom course development and delivery 7. Working knowledge of LMS capabilities and SCORM requirements. 8.
