Excellent organizational, administrative, and office automation skills (MS Office 2007, MS Access™, MS SharePoint™ 2007 and SharePoint Services technologies and other current / emerging collaboration applications, tools, utilities, to include VOIP technologies). Familiarity with current and emerging web-based Knowledge Management theories and concepts, specifically as related to managing / monitoring / facilitating Communities of Practice, Communities of Interests and Professional Forums. Competency in Search Engine applications, design and implementation as well as development of and implementing web-based database applications (web-based forms / data entry) – e.g. to support design and implementation of online surveys; independent user Lessons Learned data submission; capture of threaded discussions content; Web site / User Interface / content design for “Communities of Practice.” Demonstrated ability to apply advanced media presentation techniques in order to integrate streaming video, graphic layouts (graphic imagery size and presentations) into publications / web-based products.
